Over the past year we have seen a strong and ever increasing demand for premium property available to let for six months or less. With the Summer time being the most popular; particularly with holiday makers visiting London and looking for a home from home scenario as opposed to a hotel, often not ideal for a family. From September through to May demand is less however still there, often from individuals carrying out major works to their own home or needing to bridge a gap after selling a property and buying another.
