H&G Riverside Short Lets: An alternative to a hotel

At H&G Riverside Lettings we offer properties to the market on a ‘Short Let’ basis. This is typically a tenancy for between one to six months.  Over the past year H&G Riverside have seen a strong and ever increasing demand for premium riverside property available to let for six months or less. With the summer time being the most popular; particularly with holiday makers visiting London and looking for a home-from-home scenario as opposed to a hotel. Many of our Short Let landlords are also ‘pet friendly’.

Short lets are ideal for business travellers, families relocating to London, groups of friends or tourists looking for independence and more flexibility than staying in a hotel can offer. Often a short let apartment is a more affordable and practical solution to a hotel or serviced apartment. Short-let apartments provide those ‘extra’ facilities not usually on offer at a hotel such as your own cooking and laundry facilities.

The majority of our short-let properties are in Riverside Developments (Battersea Reach, Bridges Wharf, Riverside West) where tenants can enjoy the use of the developments amenities and residents-only facilities like an onsite gym, 24 hour concierge service, and often parking is also included.

Short lets are also a perfect solution if you are carrying out major works/renovations on your home or to bridge a gap between buying and selling. Short lets could also be a good way to experience an area or development before committing to buy a property.

All our Short Term let properties are fully managed by us and we are on hand to be of assistance to you throughout the tenancy for any maintenance/service issues. Short Let properties are all-inclusive and hassle free. (Most Short Let apartments on offer through H&G are all inclusive so there are no utility or service contracts to set up and often come with Wi-Fi connectivity included)
