Once a successful conclusion has been agreed, we will be on hand to assist in any stage of the process, and are well known in the local planning offices, regularly popping in to collect that vital piece of the jigsaw puzzle that will aid a swift sale. It can often save on solicitors’ fees also. We will have constant communication with both parties’ solicitors and are here to drive the negotiation and buying process forward and will keep you updated and informed throughout the process.
